As the national Hurricane center reported that the speed of the air strength like 75 mph but in reality that was more than 80 mph. It mostly attacked in New Orleans and spread over marshland and also the fishing towns. It contains one strong Hurricane power but after the Katrina it has the lower power. Issac just damaged some buildings and also a like drenching rain all the time.
