Apple had won the case that was charged against Samsung. Almost 28 design of Samsung mobile set copied the pattern the iPhone pattern. Samsung charged $105 million for copying the pattern of iPhone. Also there was a rumor about iPhone 5 also after some day iPad mini. Though it was not in the market. Samsung sells on 8 mobile banned by the court and most of the models are like the S series.
