Thousands of people of India fled because of the rumor of ethnic violence. People were lifted home and fled from home. Thousands of them are gathering in railway station and bus stations. After getting too many messages that raised panic in Indian people and left their home. So after that incident took place the Home ministry of India decided that Indians will not more that text 5 messages for 15 days.
